I am not impressed with this Presidents faith or his admission to being born again as a Christian. The word Christian is abused and commercialized. Many people in churches are called Christian but are not Christian at all. The so-called ‘mother church’ took on the name Christian, yet Martin Luther protested, withdrew condemning its idolatry pretending to have the power to forgive sin. The Catholic Church was giving all the people what they wanted and still are today while the protesters are drifting back into the idolatry clutches. Mother Mary is almost as popular with Protestants today as with the one billion Catholics.
